"This beautiful and friendly B&B is a Must Stay for anyone who likes beautifully decorated rooms, a very happy and welcoming atmosphere, good hearty and delicious breakfasts, and a quick walk to downtown Cooperstown (ie., Baseball Museum) or to the lake front! From the moment we entered, we were treated with courtesy and really felt like welcomed guests. There were many thoughtful things: for instance, when we stopped in two hours early and our room wasn't quite ready, they suggested we leave...

"The staff was SO nice here and they really made us feel welcome. They gave us a room location on the second floor where we could easily see beautiful Lake Otsego, and the room itself was clean and neat. While the accommodations were a bit dated (it's an older motel) the owners had provided modern touches like soap dispensers on the shower wall and a nice tv. We would for sure stay here again!"
