"From the start of inquiring about details before I arrived I was met with the nicest hotel staff that answered my call and all questions. I loved staying here because of the location and the nice rooms. The breakfast was not the best but it got the job done. They are also cat friendly. Would highly recommend and stay here again in the future. They also did early check in for us. Thank you for a beautiful first time seeing YNP."

"Great place to stay so close to Yellowstone National Park West entrance, which is the busiest one. Clean rooms, lots of shops to visit. Good food all around. Visiting Yellowstone and Grand Tetons is expensive so budget wisely. But having a nice place to head back to so you can rest before starting the next day. Enjoyed."

"We selected this hotel because of its interior hallways and its close proximity to Yellowstone park West entrance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My husband wishes there were night stands on each side of the bed and a mini retractable clothes line in the shower to hang up swim suits. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the elevator did not work when we arrived it was fixed the next day or so. The staff offered assistance to take our luggage up for us if we needed help. Breakfast was good and there were staff there to replenish containers and keep the area clean. Part of the breakfast area was open after hours for coffee, tea, hot cocoa, hot cider and even instant oatmeal. The pool and hot tub seemed to have too much chlorine but that might have been a regulation. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. We enjoyed our 5 nite stay but most of all we were able to see Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons!"
