"The room we booked we found pube hairs and dried blood in the bed sheets, and other stains on nightstand. general manager told us we were lying and would not be refunded for our stay even tho we did not stay there and immediately checked out after seeing the room. The manager was unprofessional when handling this situation as well"

"Close to yellow stone west entrance, and sufficient eating options around. But for the price, small and pretty dated. No house keeping services regardless of how long your stay is. So if traveling with young kids, do not expect your trash to be taken out or bathroom or room to get cleaned during your stay. Also our flight got cancelled so had to move the dates of our stay forward by one day and they did not accommodate that at all."

"Never experienced such a pathetic host and reservation team and were of no use to help me checking in property. Waited outside the property for 3+ hours and couldn’t access the gate. Finally left property around 10 pm and property located in forest. Was very difficult to come in city area to find another hotel. Mountain home, Expedia and vebo are equally accountable along with host. Wouldn’t suggest this location or host to anyone."

"Coffee in am was not ready. Since this location accommodates anglers I think 6 am should have a fresh pot ready. Sheets did not seem clean and were on wrong side out. No mattress protector. Blinds in room very dusty. Food in restaurant was overpriced for quality. OK to stay in a pinch but I’d look for a cleaner option personally. Staff friendly and location was great."

"Amazing place, beautifully maintained and clean! Bed in Bison room was super comfy! Our first stay at a place like this (shared facilities and private bedroom) and it surpassed our expectations!"
