Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room included a very nice buffet breakfast, which was really good. Great location in Bath.

Everything was amazing until the second day when spots started appearing on my skin similar to bed bugs. I will be calling to complain. I’m so disappointed as the place is quite amazing and looks clean in my opinion and located in such a good area

Beech House
The room was nicely furnished (including with antiques, which is an unusual touch), coffee for the machine in the kitchen, clean. Location handy both for Whiteladies Road and the city centre. I emailed asking about parking on site but received no response whatsoever, which was disappointing.
