"Overall, we had a good experience here. We stayed in one of the tiny homes, and while it was advertised as sleeping up to six people, it was realistically only comfortable for four. The futon had a large metal bar running through the middle, making it very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The river access was amazing, and the property was clean and well-maintained. "No microwave or coffee maker in room. Dorm style mini fridge didn't work in either of 2 rooms tried. Maintenance said they just don't keep things cold. Staff unable to make lobby microwave work. Hotel staff very nice, and place looks good, but property amenities normal in most lodging these days aren't available or working."

"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them."

"Overall, our stay was good. However, the shower faucets are desperately in need of repair. The hot water faucet would not stay in position, and the shower was nearly scalding because it would slip from the dialed position. The cold water faucet was ok, but again the hot water faucet repeatedly malfunctioned. I would suggest getting a new shower faucet system (perhaps one that had a one dial operation). We stayed in Room 343 at the Quality Inn near downtown in Grand Junction, CO."

"The “outdoor pool” is in the middle of the parking lot blocked by a bunch of old junk. They charged me twice for a security deposit. Had no towels or wash clothes, the room felt more like a prison cell. Definitely wouldn’t ever stay here again and definitely not family friendly. No elevator so all luggage had to be carried upstairs."

"This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6."
