"Conti was especially kind and helpful. The hotel desperately needs lights and signage outside. A complete landscaping refresh. First look, the appearance of the building was “sketchy”. The lobby is dark, uninviting. The room was clean, A/C worked, clean linens. We would absolutely stay there again. "

"Definitely recommend this place. While its old, its extremely clean and kept up very well. Its not on the highway but in the downtown area (about 2 miles from I-70) which makes it very walkable and safe. The owner is very nice and answered my questions without seeming like I was bothering him. There is a small park close by. As a solo female traveler I felt more comfortable here than I have at large, big named hotels. If you are looking to stay at a Hilton type hotel this is not the place....
