"Cabins were over 20 miles from West Yellowstone. When I booked, I searched for places to stay in West Yellowstone, not someplace so far away. Also, road into cabins was poorly plowed and as it got warmer and snow became slush it was an adventure getting to and from our cabin."

"The bed sheet ripped when I went to remove my blankets."

"The pool was out for 3 days. We had 3 small boys who specifically wanted to swim and it was a battle trying to explain why the pool would not work, etc. They had an agreement with a neighboring hotel to use their pool, but a hassle trying to take 3 little ones and especially when very cool outside to cross over."

"There was no privacy from outside. The room only had sheer curtains, the black out curtains were only decorative on the ends. There were lights right outside so we couldn’t have a dark room to sleep. "
