"This hotel was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. When you walked in it felt comfortable and welcoming! Would recommend!"

"Horrible, people gathered outside the room in front of Window, still on hotel area, the wohle night for smoking. Smoke kept coming in the room despite ac turned off. Phone was not connected so I needed to run to front desk in the middle of the night. The people then just moved 2meters which changed the situation not much. Not sure if this were other guests, or staff, as it were always the same people in an hourly interval. Not recommended if you want to get some healthy sleep."

"Nice place but the people above us walked like they were marching. Called front desk only made it worse. Then as a Hyatt member I asked for later check out which was granted but 5 different people knocked at the door for us to leave. I felt thrown out"
