"Great property to stay in for Makkah and close to Masjid Al Haram. One thing to bare in mind when booking is when selecting pay at property communicated with hotel before hand is needed. My experience from this is that the internal booking team cancelled my booking when I arrived even though Expedia still confirmed my booking still there on the app. This caused a headache as I didn’t get a room when I arrived and had to wait 4-5 hours before I got a room. The staff were very helpful in sorting a room out for me but were unable to explain why the internal booking team cancelled my booking even though Expedia guaranteed my booking by paying at property with credit card."

"Hi We are family from UK who recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam MAKKAH and the location very close to the Haram and thats the best part of it. U get down the hotel and u can see the Kaaba right in front of you. U can enter the Haram from gate 79 for doing the Umrah. Room was of good size and we have a small kitchen inside the room which was a good surprise. It included 2 hotplates, a sink, a dinning table, chair and small sofa. Which made the room a suite like wherein we had book just the room. Bravo to Pullman Zamzam Bravo. Staff are good and cooperative and we got checkout extended. Food is also good and caters to ASIAN community also. Would definitely recommend to anyone who can afford and its really worth every penny spend. Keep up the good work"

"I highly recommend this place — I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent. Although some of the food options at lunch and dinner were slightly similar, there was still a great variety to choose from, especially compared to the nearby places. The staff across the board were fantastic, from the receptionists and restaurant staff to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’d also recommend staying in the East Tower, next to the Conrad. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again."

"The staff were beyond helpful! We had the opportunity to meet two guys who were really nice and helpful. The only issue we had was with the room service. We had to ask for things several times and the room when it was cleaned it was done halfway. Not the entire room is cleaned and not all the things were replaced like the floor mat or hand washing soap. Two of the power outlets were broken. We would however like to extend our thanks to the male by the name of Islam. The staff at the breakfast buffet was beyond courteous."
