Room was spacious and super clean, beds wee comfy and staff were friendly and the breakfast was good enough. Given that I chose the hotel because it had a gym and good ratings I was really disappointed that all three treadmills were broken in different ways. The keycards to the hotel room just kept failing too. I had to get them to rescan them multiple times because they were losing magnetism….yet that rarely happens in other hotels. There is also no bar so nowhere to sit with my colleague...

The lovely young lady who checked us in was delightful. I dont remember her name but it started with 'Jay' 🙂

Bed is very comfortable. Room is clean. I’m hoping a different variety of breakfast everyday.

Hotel Indigo was perfect for a stopover in Baltimore. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, the room was great and it had a comfortable bed. We chose to park in the multi-storey carpark which was conveniently located directly opposite the hotel ($15 for 24 hours). Best of all was Kim on reception. She welcomed us warmly, was exceptionally helpful and she was full of the best tips for enjoying the city and its restaurants. Thanks to Kim for making our short stay so special. I’d choose to...

Great location in Fells Point. Great breakfast and amenities. Comfortable room.

Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!

Everything about The Inn was good, rooms etc, excellent location and everyone very friendly and helpful. Car parking was also available which was definitely a bonus
