"It is a very unique hotel. Fun place. Having a fridge that's actually cold and a microwave would be great for all these overpriced food we had leftover. The double beds were horrible to share... I did not get the room I signed up for. We were over the kitchen and it smelled like food and te view was ugly. The pool was great until Saturday when they treated us like criminals after we had been there and stayed after checkout to enjoy it... a ritzy hotel like valley ho should never subject their paying guests to being paper braceleted to enter the pool they paid for...and the drink situation... no, staff was great...I recommend it Monday thru Friday but not on Saturday with the pool fiasco."

"Cleanliness of hotel including rooms was good. Room Balcony needed to be cleaned. Small balcony only contained small table and 1 chair. Staff were very accommodating and personable. Exercise room and laundry facilities were well equipped. Only concern was lack of security to enforce pool area rules and hotel was non smoking."

"Overall the stay was comfortable. Pool was well maintained, staff friendly. Just be mindful that it is set up like an apartment complex, so you will need to walk to main building for breakfast or to see staff. Kitchen was great. It is an older complex so no elevator. "

"Wonderful property! Very well equipped villa with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. So quiet for sleeping! The food at Splash was excellent and extremely reasonable. Delightful pool and attentive staff. Can’t wait to return."

"Yes the breakfast was great. The parking was outside the building, not bad so far. Staff were friendly however their machine was broken dying check out so I was not given any paper release copy but was advised to check on my email. But would have wanted a paper copy."
