"I was really impressed with the convenient amenities. From online check in with key card machines, to the texting assistant. We needed a few different things for our room and after texting with our assistant about our needs, someone was up to our room within 10-15 minutes every time. Very great service! The room was mostly clean, just noticed a few things that were overlooked by housekeeping staff, nothing crazy. Our duvet was stained up and didn’t look very appeasing, but we just texted and requested a new one, and our needs were met promptly & efficiently. The only real complaints I’d have is that the air conditioner was very noisy, and sounded like it was about to give out at any time, and the towels could definitely use an upgrade, as some were fraying and very scratchy."

"It was an ok experience, Great View for an extra $70 (fountain view) the room wasn't dirty but there was some left over food in the fridge from previous guests we called the front desk but all they did was clean it (no apology) I wouldn't book again"
