"Check in was self serve done at a kiosk, no human presence. I was left on my own to figure out how to get to my room. The distance between self parking and my room was a great distance, having to walk down a long access way to get to the casino area, then had to go across the entire casino to get to the elevator areas to get to my room. My boyfriend and I found our room and then tried to figure out a way to get to our room without having to lug our luggage 3 football fields to get to the room elevators. We drove around the perimeter and accidentally discovered a guest luggage drop off where a bellman would take luggage and deliver it to your room. On the day of check out I did not know how to connect with the bellman to take the luggage to our car. We managed to get all of our bags down the elevator, down the winding hallway to the casino, crossed the casino to the access way to the self parking, it was exhausting and inconvenient. I requested a wake-up call every morning for the 4 days I was there; I never got one. You might consider offering some kind of print out showing directions to guest rooms, how to get assistance with luggage etc. The lack of human guest services was disappointing. However, I was approached every time I left the guest room areas by pushy sales people trying to sell me their overpriced items. The room was clean but dated. The service was lousy. "
