"Bad odor wet floors"

"I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield."

"I booked this stay through Expedia just after midnight and when I got to the hotel there was a sign on the door that said they were full and the door was locked. Expedia is not refunding my money. I would worry about booking through Expedia let alone this hotel that locked the doors . I have never experienced anything like this ."
