"Not pleased at all. The room smelled like mildew and the conforter was stained and the front desk would not let us change rooms even though it appeared half full. They wouldnt refund my money so we went and found another place."

"Check in was easy and convenient. There is someone available at the office 24 hrs. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is on a busy street, so there is a little noise in the morning. It is a convenient Poulsbo hotel and was fine for my needs."

"Gregg was fantastic at the front desk. Our family took up about five rooms. The lobby had a really nice TV area where we were able to gather us in the evening. CJ was very helpful during breakfast. She made me decaf coffee . It is not a normal thing for the hotel. Please hotel brew a pot of decaf every day!!"

"Very clean property. However, if you are disabled there is zero help. There are no auto door controls, narrow entryways. Only one luggage cart for the entire property so it’s difficult to get in or out at best. the elevator broke the morning I was leaving. "The price was good and the room was clean. The hotel could use some updates but overall it was fine for a pre cruise stay and cheaper than staying in Seattle. The breakfast filled our stomachs before we left. It had standard breakfast fare and was decent. It had a waffle station, sausage, potatoes, eggs and pastries.
