"The place is very clean and the staff is super friendly. The bartenders Diana and Karen are awesome! We had no complaints besides the pool not being available specially when you have little kids. They really need to work on that. The breakfast is awesome the best I’ve had in any hotel. All the staff are super friendly and they do an amazing job!! Keep the amazing job staff with the great customer service and how clean the place is 🙌 please just make sure the pool is fixed asap"

"The property does not prioritize guest or worker safety. There was ongoing construction to the pool and no notice on their website or third party resellers like hotels.com. Toxic fumes permeated guest areas due to the aforementioned construction and there was deceased insects in areas with food contact. Molded or mildewed outdoor furnishing and visible neglect. Very disappointed. There were no other rooms available and we were unable to complete our stay. Management was either unwilling or unable to address and remedy our concerns. "
