"I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and...

"We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!"

"Out cottage suite was spacious with acomfortable bed. We enjoyed the scones, biscuits, and chia seed pudding at the continental breakfast. The Inn is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the waterfront restaurants and shops."

"There was a smell in room 410, it was really bad and smelled like there was mold in the walls. Also, the water did not seem clear in the tub. Perhaps it was the tub that changed colors, but I did not want to find out."

"They have air fresheners plugged in lobbie and a couple hallway to help with musty smell. Rooms smell like a wet basement. Humidity is bad. Mold on windows. Paint peeling around windows because of humidity. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Sink water smells like sulfur. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage links, eggs, hash browns. Went down at 8am and everything was cold. Had to use microwave. Then next day it was the left overs from day before. You could easily tell. Also parking lot was empty...

"Enjoyed my stay. Amazingly quiet for being close to the road. Comfortable bed & pillows. Even the AC worked well...No morning stuffy nose/head was a bonus. I would stay here again."
