"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I went to ask if our room was available (215pm) and was met by a hostile and aggressive man wearing sunglasses behind the desk. Verbatim, he said ‘do you need something?’ UMMMM is that how you greet your guests? I asked if I could check in 45 minutes early and he was blunt with a very direct and cold ‘no’. No other words were spoken. No other options given. After reading their website, they do offer early check-in for $30. This wasn’t offered to me at all.

"A ways out north, depending on where you need to be. The Cleaning staff rep was courteous, attentive and friendly. "We had travelled from El Paso to Phoenix and arrived around 11:30 am and there was a baseball game at 1pm..the staff were very accommodating for an early check in and it was a 5 min walk to the ball park, valet parking staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bed was awesome."

"Room was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!"
