"Couldn’t sleep room felt like a sauna. No aircon nor water bottles in room. Nothing in the mini fridge. Only a plug in desktop fan available. Gym in terrible state - 3 treadmills tested didn’t work. Very limited equipment. I kept & no water. Buffet breakfast was fine but took three goes to order the porridge which came different from ordered. Parking is an extra cost - have to grab a ticket on entrance then pass to reception to validate. Staff seemed very nice. Room kept very well...

"The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)"

"This is a nice hotel in a nice area. The good choice of restaurants on the street are a plus. The rooms are clean and well presented, although the view was of the carpark and there are some maintenance issues like the slow draining sink which needs looking into. The reception staff were pleasant but didn’t give us any further information other than our room number. A huge disappointment though is how housekeeping do not stand by the hotels eco friendly practices - towels which are left hanging...

"Worst hotel ever. Staff are completely clueless on what’s going on. Bar closes at 1:30. We went there at 11 and waited 20min, no one showed up. Asked the gentleman at the front desk if he can help us out and he didn’t know what’s going on so, he said come by and ask all to the manager tomorrow. We did and they only offered one drink for me and my wife to share. The next day we had our laundry service picked up from the hotel for cleaning. "Hotel with no receptionist. Need to phone call to the central hotline for reception service. No TV channel can be view in room. Only 3 parking lots available, however, there are on street parking spaces just next to hotel,"

"very small but efficient space. Almost too tiny to accommodate two for a longer period of time. Great location for transit restaurants and close to the water. Very quiet and comfortable. No complaints but little amenities in location and my female partner did complain about size. She is not used to European spaces."
