"I don't think the outside from the parking lot was the most inviting. But once inside, it's very well lit and beautiful. And the room was excellent, minus having no USB ports for charging. The bed was great, the bathroom was very nice."

"Nice hotel. Valet parking included is helpful. Breakfast was a mixed bag. It included hor food but it often wasn't actually hot. The only downside is that the entrance by the valet meant being hit with a strong smoke smell. While the hotel is smoke free at least once a guest down the hall was ignoring that."

"Our stay was great minus one thing. The Bengals were staying at the hotel for a game and the hotel shut down the elevators while they were checking in and barred every guest from accessing their rooms, which is illegal since there was no safety threat or emergency. I am currently pregnant and was just returning to the hotel to grab my things because I was not feeling well and needed to go to the hospital to be checked. I explained this to staff and was told “too bad”. One staff member, an extremely kind gentleman working at the front door, overheard and allowed me up to my room through a staff elevator to grab my things so I could get to the hospital."

"Came to town for one night for an NFL game. The hotel has been renovated the room was as advertised. Room had a king sized bed with very comfortable pillows as well as a full size refrigerator and microwave really sealed the deal. It was in a easy accessible area close enough drive to mall and stadium. Would definitely stay again."
