"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy from the moment we walked in. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting, with sloppy caulking patching what looked like holes and grime throughout—it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, but what really crossed the line was what we found when we checked it. There was brown residue on the bedding that raised serious concerns about cleanliness and possible bed bugs. We didn’t feel safe using the hotel’s bedding at all and had to use our own blankets just to get through one night. To make matters worse, the overall environment felt unsafe. There were people loitering outside all night, with constant yelling, slamming, and disruptive behavior. It was loud, unsettling, and honestly concerning from a safety standpoint. We stayed the night out of necessity but left as soon as possible. This place is poorly maintained, unclean, and does not feel safe. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here."

"The breakfast menu and buffet were very good. The gentleman who prepared the fresh omelets was amazing. He did a great job. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning services were exceptional. They took pride in making sure our room was clean and stocked. The only downside to my visit was waiting an hour and a half for our luggage to be delivered to our room. "

"I did not have breakfast. The shuttle was convenient but the driver was rude and not helpful. I had to b get the stepstool out for myself. When the driver closed the door he grabbed the step and threw it loudlyin the passenger door. When we got to the airport he opened the door and did not get the step for me. As a senior guest it was not a good experience for me. I had to climb out. "

"This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its attention to detail. Clean rooms free water and real coffee cups. It’s the little things you notice like dual sinks, free water, mini fridge, super clean and great food."

"The staff was all really helpful and friendly , from the front desk , to the manager , to the restaurant staff. The pool was very nice and the lounge chairs and tables were in good conditions. The restaurant wasn’t that good for the price tag attached to it so maybe avoid that. Overall not horrible but I would look for another place to stay next time! "

"room was clean, the staff friendly, parking safe. Only suggestion is dish drying rack and cutting board would be helpful. Other than that we will be back."
