"The location was nice and a great view. Staff at the front desk were very good and accommodating. The continental breakfast was okay. Parking was convenient. Where they lack is in cleanliness, floors were so dirty. The pillow had a bad odor when I took the cover off it was yellow and had mold. I reported it to the front desk. The chair in the room was stained badly. The bedcover had a smell and were humid. With that alone I would not return or recommend this place"

"The rooms were quiet and the beds reasonably comfortable. However, the rooms are old. There were spider webs in our room and unfortunately, we saw a large roach during our last night. Also, this place is not handicap accessible, and the young man who checked us out seemed like it was a burden to leave the office. In retrospect, I would have payed a little more and stayed elsewhere."

"Breakfast was fine, staff friendly & helpful. Parking was perfect. Only complpaint? That was the dirtiest room I've stayed in in a long time. Large dead bug on a/c, live bug running through bathroom, sink had a lot of tiny pieces of ?? all over it (I have a picture). Also, faucet was just dirty, toilet looked in need of cleaning, floor sticky. Made me not want to touch anything. BUT, the beds were clean & comfortable."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Amenities in the room were great. Parking was plentiful and the hotel is in a good location to everything. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the indoor pool was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool."
