"This hotel exceeded our expectations, the wonderful greeting at reception and being personally escorted to our room was a truly lovely touch. Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. We will definitely be back."

"Mostly comfortable. Room size was good. Just a few things can be improved. Shaver powerpoint came off easily. Handle on shower door was loose, for reasons unknown. Beds were easily bumped out of place so the platform could be exposed, which may cause scrapped shins/knees/thighs depending on height of person. Didn't wan to alert staff during stay coz we were just too tired. Parking hopefully can be improved so that picking luggage can be done within the building."
