"The room was stale smelling, the bathroom sink and toilet was clogged. When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was completely broken, I had to lay it across the bed in order to use it. They never acknowledged our complaints or did anything to try to help or accommodate us. Never in life will I ever stay at this hotel again. Worst experience I ever had!!"
