"I stayed for 7 days in a villa. The rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen and throws your thrash out. I lost some items after checking out and tried contacting the hotel via email and their contact us page and even via message on Expedia. There was practically no answer. Their counter only has one staff present and I am wondering if there is any customer service at all. Any hotel I stayed in all around the world would ask what I want to do with any items left behind."

"The sheets were clean but the room and bathroom were dusty and unit in bedroom had a sticky surface. Three night stay and bins were not emptied. Very small so soon overflowing. Had to ask for refills of coffee and milk. Poor/lack of storage space. Two twisted plastic hangars. Asked for more and given two wooden ones with were not compatible with hanging space. Eventually 4 black plastic ones were given after wooden ones were returned. No information about local amenities such as supermarket,...

"Genuinely can't fault this place. The beds the comfiest ever and I've stayed in various five stars and yet this place had the best bed in my travels across the globe somehow. It's basic in the fact you need to bring your own towel and shower stuff like shampoo and shower gel. Other than that it's perfect."

"Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included all with yr room. Recommend for sure "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful but the breakfast was terrible. There was hardly any food left, one staff member in the kitchen. No English breakfast tea anywhere in the hotel. Room was good and check in staff were really lovely. We also went into the bar for a cocktail before heading out and the music stopped playing, it took about 15 mins for the music to come back on."
