"Mirage has excellent location, right above the water, with a walkway to get to Airlie beach and the marina. It also has a bus stop just down the road to get to Airlie beach or any other location. The apartment was huge with sweeping views of the water. The only negative for me was the bed, which was too soft but that is individual preference. The buffet breakfast was sufficient, however if you wanted real coffee you had to purchase from the bar, otherwise just instant coffee. Generally, buffet breakfast has at least percolated coffee included. The resort is well maintained, and beautiful. There are two pools, one of them adults only which is a nice option for those who prefer a quiet time."

"The ocean views are totally worth the steep driveway to get to your apartment. We loved the infinity pool and utilised the gym. The staff were so friendly and welcomed us warmly. The location to town was perfect and the rooms were so spacious and clean. We highly recommend staying. If a steep walk up the driveway doesnt suit you, there are plenty of taxis available but you may still have to walk stairs to get to your apartment."

"I loved my stay…it is a tropical paradise, I will miss waking up first thing sitting on my little balcony with my first coffee for the day and enjoying all the beautiful birdsong. watching gorgeous butterflies fluttering everywhere. Walking the trails. Dips in the sea and lazing around the pool. Cocktails on the beach watching the sun go down Peace and quiet was what I was looking for and I definitely found it here . "Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly."
