I had to book rooms for a tour group. The staff was the most organized I saw on the tour. I made reservations online, and the staff had the room keys ready to go when we arrived. Additionally, they were cheery with a sense of humor. I will stay here again.

The hotel was above average. I cannot say excellent because the family that checked in around midnight was loud (talking, slamming doors, kids yelling) and that woke me up and when I got ready to check out, there were no carts for taking suitcases to the car. I was told there were only two and someone must have them in their room. Well, I had to wait about 30-40 minutes longer than I had planned because I wanted to be on the highway back to San Antonio around 7:00 a.m. It was about 7:40 when I got on the road. Other than today's events, my stay was great. The staff were awesome, and my room was cozy and clean. I felt safe as well as comfortable. If I get back to Wichita Falls, I will give them another try.
