I rented a double bedroom, but when I showed up there were no more available, thankfully they had a king with a fold out couch that would work we were able to switch to. I cannot eat gluten, so the breakfast was a moot point and the others with me were not impressed by it. The room was not very clean, and the toilet seat did not fit the actual toilet so that was weird. The water pressure was TERRIBLE and even though we would have loved a bath we couldnt trust the cleanliness sadly.

Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel. TAKE THEM OFF THIS SITE!

Get what you pay for… old falling apart hotel. Bathroom reeked of an old cigarette ashtray. TV’s with no HD service are small that you can’t see from the bed. Meh

Room was fine. Common areas need renovation. Worn and frayed carpet, broken window, scuffed walls and unfinished projects. The staff was wearing a dirty white shirt and very unprofessional looking.

The whole staff was really nice and helpful. However, the hotel is not what it used to be. The pool wasn’t working, they were burnt outlets in the hallways, the smoke detector in our room was missing the face, we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times per day in our room was on the third floor on the very end so you never knew when you’d have to go back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. The breakfast was the same every single day with no variation. The shower was hard to get the right temp. It wasn’t just hot to the left cold to the right, if you went too far left it was cold. It seemed fairly clean overall. If you’re just staying for a day or two it’s fine but we were there for a whole week and that was way too much.

Our room wasn’t ready for us when we went to check in at around 7:00pm. We got our keys (only one of which worked) and said we’d come back later. Then later at around 11:00pm when our daughter’s wrestling team came to check in, they said they couldn’t check any of them in, so the coaches had to scramble to find places for all the girls to sleep. When we got to our room it had dirty clothes (including underwear) in the closet and a washcloth on the light bulb of one of the lamps. The place was not clean in general. And the room smelled like smoke. It was not a good experience at all.

Room was great! We had a jet tub for a romantic evening. The first night was great. The 2nd night no hot water whatsoever. Management was helpful, but never got it fixed. It was the Sunday night after Christmas. Satff at front destk bent over backwards to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

We waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before a clerk came to check us in. The shower water pressure was very low and lukewarm plus the blow dryer did not work. The front desk clerk loaned me her personal blow dryer.

From the moment we stepped on the elevator with broken baseboards around the interior, dirty, stained carpet, then stepping off in the hallway to the same dirty and stained carpet, AND an odd smell that seemed like it was being covered up with antiseptic, we haf our concerns. When checking out our room we found what looked like mold in the tub/shower. This is when my husband and i decided we should leave. Being run down is one thing, but neglectful cleaning is another. We were offered another room but declined given the fact that it wasn't just the rooms, but seemed like the whole hotel from the lobby moving forward was neglected.

Love Comfort Inn but this one needs updating in every room. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door, a 5x5 discolored wall patch, and a 4x12inn strip in the bathroom that needed patched. The tv only gave us seven local channels when we should have had basic cable. The worst part was the shower was lukewarm on the hottest setting and trickled from the spout above but poured from the spout below. I called the front desk and the clerk told me they would figure out something and call me back. They didn’t. I went down. Neither clerk wanted to help me— instead they acted as if I were lying. I told them I was NOT asking for my money back— I was asking for a different bathroom to shower since they told me there is no maintenance on the weekend. As I stood there waiting… the male clerk went to the back. The female told me she was waiting on him to decide. I went to get coffee and came back just in time to see him leave. I asked her what the plan was and she allowed my husband to take a shower in a different room. I think them having a plan in place and willing to fix the situation quickly would have been best case scenario. It felt as though I was an inconvenience when in fact all I was doing was asking for what we paid for. Comfort Inn has got to do something better!!
