"I showed up at the property at 10 pm for a late check in when the website said they staff their office from 10pm-2am. No one was there and no one responded to phone calls. I ended up having to rent a full price room further down in ocean city at the last minute because otherwise I would have had to sleep in my car. Do NOT stay at this place in the off season, they don’t care about you and won’t follow their alleged posted hours. Absolutely awful experience."

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
