"i dont rate properties very often but for this one i will take the time. Front desk TOP notch...SOOO helpful and friendly. But the best thing was the bed. We all get hotels to sleep and so often I am disappointed in the beds. Not these...I slept like i was at home. You wont be disappointed in this hotel...snd btw..the breakfast is great. One other thing..if you like Indian food...Spice of India a couple doors down was wonderful as well."

"Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place. "

"The property is ideally located for a short visit to Vienna. Naschmarkt, just a couple of mins walk has lots of good restaurants. City not much further. Room was OK but tired. Tea/coffee provided but had to ask for milk. Were told it's not provided but they did get some from the kitchen. Beds were made daily, but tea/coffee not replenished and used sachets/cups (paper) not cleared away. Mini bar prices provided but no drinks in the fridge. We thought we should tell reception in case they thought...
