The hotel exceeded all expectations :-) The Staff were very polite and accomodating, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very cleanly. The room was spacious and hygenic. :-) The breakfast was delicious and to a high standard. Other 4-5star hotels should take note from this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel with amazing helpful Staff. The highest recommendation for this hotel.

Lovely hotel sited within a 10 min walk from the main centre, excellent welcome and a fabulous buffet breakfast catering for everyone's tastes, could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel and attention from all the staff. Comfortable room with plenty of storage and good size bathroom. The swimming pool was a welcome extra on the not so good weather days. A very quiet location ,with lovely well kept gardens. Perfectly sited for a visit to the salt mines or to jump on the train and be in Krakow...

Nice Hotel, close enough to Krakow centre and excellent Transport facilities. Only one and half hours to the mountains. Will use it again.

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

A great location for the old town and very helpful and friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (a quiet street in the Old Town), staff members were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We are planning to return next year.

Was in the middle of the old town and the centre being a 15 minute walk it really was not that bad located, the property it self is absolutely stunning!

This hotel is just a gem of a find. It is a beautiful place which is close for just about everything. The rooms are superb/clean and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in krakow but this one is the best. Try it you won't be disappointed

Amazing hotel, friendly stuff, excellent location literally just opposite the Krakow main train station so arrive from the airport make easy. My double queen room was very big in the top floor

Although we arrived too early for our rooms to be ready, we were checked efficiently and were allowed to store our luggage. From this moment onwards, all hotel staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Our rooms were excellent - clean, of a decent size and, without being too British(!) - there were tea/coffee making facilities! The hotel reception area is very stylish and welcoming. We had a great 4 day stay at Tribe and it was perfect. Spotless rooms, pleasant helpful young staff, nice gym and sauna. Easy walk into the main square. I would definitely stay there again
