Plenty of shopping near by. Only reason did not give breakfast 5 stars was we did not have it as part of the room package. It is an extra charge. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Good stay.

Perfect spot for the evening. 10 minute walk to downtown where the restaurants and boutiques are. Perfect ungrounded parking. Would recommend this place. Great check in and checkout.

Best stay so far

Having been on the road for over 2 months now in France and Germany , it was such a pleasure to find genuinely friendly and helpful staff from housekeeping through to front desk. They have gone out of their way to make this the best hotel stay so far for me. Car parking is excellent, meeting facilities in the lounge are great, the room seems almost new, well arranged and most importantly, the air conditioning works a treat!

No complaints and as expected. We were allocated a room on the top floor, and asked for this be be changed but they declined. Also keys didn't work do we had to go backwards and forwards to reception a couple of times.

Comfy rooms , customer service can be better

The room was very nice and comfy. Nice temperature to sleep and a good bed. A bit small but has everything you need if you have a short stay. It was quite busy at the bar and when I ordered a drink from the menu the bar keeper asked me politely to make a quick choice between the drinks available on the shelves, as it is busy and people were waiting behind me. As I ordered something from the menu straight away he should have been more clear that they didn’t have the drink anymore instead of rushing me. I found that not a good service. Breakfast wasn’t too expensive but it was a very simple breakfast as well. I think the hotel is a bit too expensive for what it has to offer.

Tolle Unterkunft. Super zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Leider war unser Doppelzimmer sehr klein. Auf den Nachttisch passte ein Handy, Armbanduhr und eine Wasserflasche. Ein Buch oder Taschentücher hatten keinen Platz mehr. Aber für 2-3 Nächte eine super Unterkunft!!!!!!

Zentrales, tolles Hotel

So wie ich Motel ONE kenne. Super! Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof, kurze Wege zu Congress Center / Stadt. Freundlicher Empfang, bequeme Betten, schönes Bad, gut funktionierende Dusche, sehr sauberes Zimmer, vielfältiges feines Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplätze: Es gibt ein Parkhaus und eine Parkgarage unterm Einkaufszentrum, welches sich nebenan befindet. Fährt man mit dem Hotellift auf „P“ kommt man im Einkaufszentrum raus, nicht im Parkhaus. Bitte: Auf der Webseite besser beschreiben wo die Einfahrt zur Parkgarage ist! Einfahrt Lili: ungenügend

Trotz Lage am Bhf angenehm ruhig im Zimmer. In die City benötigt man ca 20 min zu Fuß. Dafür ist die Hotelbar 24/7 geöffnet was recht angenehm war. Check-in ging flott und auch die fehlenden Handtücher und Zudecke bekamen wir auf Nachfrage gleich vorbeigebracht
