Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"Hotel could do with a revamp. No one on reception when I arrived at 9.30. Waited for 10 minutes. Kitchen closed. No food options. Charged additional €12 to park. Just include in the price."
