"It was a nice vibe in the area I think they should have some lap blankets so we can sit outside maybe a fire pit or hot tub and privet walls. The inside was nice the 2 things I didn't like was the limit on the HVAC the room was cold witch made the bathroom floors colder and you can hear people from other rooms"

"Room had everything we needed including fridge, microwave, dishwasher with plates and utensils. The free breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the laundry room which only took quarters and didn’t wash that well. The area around has a lot of restaurants in walking distance and even a Walmart in like a 5 minute drive so that was a bonus."

I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times to report the issue, but my calls were not answered. There was no visible effort from management to address or control the situation.
