"My husband booked this hotel because he thought it was cool that it was an older building and the rooms were only in the 2nd and 3rd floor above a bar & restaurant. The room looked cute- modern decor in an old building. I’m not a neat freak but I do inspect the room. We hadn’t touched the bed and right there under the decor pillow lay two long stands of hair that was clearly not either of ours. Yuck. In the shower, I found several pieces of hair. "The room was very clean and spacious. My complaint is not enough bedding. Only one thin single blanket and sheet. Had to have heat up and we prefer a cooler room with heavier bedding. We will stay there again but will take my own extra blanket next time."

"no treadmill in the gym, that was so odd. . Whole place smells like cigarette smoke including the rooms. Clean sheets and clean bathroom. Front desk staff were honestly rude and cold. NOt just to me but eeveryone I observed. Restaurant staff servers were all very nice. I ate at all of the restaurants. Food was ok not bad but overpriced for an average casino. I stayed 5 days. Staff does not greet you when you pass them unless you say hello first. But definitely was a clean room."

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"You get what you pay for, convenient location. If you arrive late, there's no parking left. The building is exposed in the center, extremely loud. It sounded like the third circle of hell! Bring your earplugs."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."
