"This hotel was great! Our room and the hotel itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! (Real scrambled eggs, not the kind that comes out of a carton, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, fresh made pancakes, juices, and excellent coffee and tea. The room was charming in its decor and layout. "Wir hatten die Einheit 7 (The Lounge), es war wunderschön und liebevoll vorbereitet für uns. Es war alles da, was man braucht, auch zum Kochen. DAs Haus ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, mit Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Die Geschäfte schließen um 5 pm (im Mai). In der Umgebung kann man auch viele Aktivitäten machen. Wir können das Butler House wärmstens empfehlen."

"Les photos de l’hôtel ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité. L’hôtel est vieux. Je m’attendais à voir une belle piscine pour aller m’asseoir au soleil avec les belles chaises comme sur les photos. Déception! La piscine et la clôture ont besoin d’être réparées et il n’y a pas de chaises. On ne pouvait pas y accéder. L’extérieur est vraiment décevant! J’ai apprécié avoir le déjeuner et le café inclus toute la journée. On peut marcher facilement jusqu’au centre-ville."

"The location is nice. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant onsite. Coffee and tea are available in the room. A continental breakfast in the lodge would be a nice addition. Even if they brought in bagels, muffins and toast. Also, they were renovating the mens lockeroom so that wasn't available, the hot tub wasn't really hot, and the sauna wasn't working. No USB ports in the rooms. "

"Just be careful about the added fees for tennis. It is not clear on their website that they charge $81.00 for indoor court time. I specifically asked to play outdoors and they directed me to pay more without letting me know the cost up front. The rooms are a little tired (I stayed in the Executive King) and need some updated, but the resort has a nice pool area and hot tub and the free coffee in the morning is a nice touch."

"Very much a high end bed and breakfast with how much attention to detail. The breakfasts were delicious and very fresh. The amenities offered really set this B&B aside from all the rest! Would gladly stay again!"

"We stayed here for our Anniversary and it was awesome! The room was modern and very cozy. The hotel was located in the middle of Stowe, Vermont so finding a good place to eat isn't hard to find. The fire pit outside along with the hot tub and sauna were also amazing. Overall, we would definitely comeback to a future trip in Stowe. On the side note, the breakfast spread is so good, just hits like home! "
