"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"We got there & were told they had overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They had taken the liberty to book us into the Hampton Inn down the street. It was an embarrassing situation for us as she loudly announced in front of other people the situation. We had driven 8+ hours that day & we’re not happy to be greeted by that news. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn indicated that this was far from the first time this has happened with them. I will not book a Hyatt Hotel again...

"Exceeded my expectations! Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking. Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

"The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or...

"The room was impeccably clean. Linens were high quality. Shower water pressure was perfect. Breakfast options were great. Business area looked incredible, however, I was on personal travel so I didn't utilize it. "

"This property is in the midst of condominiums, strip malls, and 3 - 4 lane streets with heavy traffic. If you’re looking for a picturesque setting , with a traditional southwest feel, this place is very far from it. On the other hand, this serves as a comfortable mini-pad with generous amenities for a business trip or family stay."
