The room was clean and the staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The proximity to the beach is ridiculous! This place is legit a hidden gem and I’m so glad I found it… would definitely stay there again!

The people who work there are super friendly!! I have a sprain on ankle, when checking in they carried my bags upstairs without being asked!!! I do not drive and I had to spend three hours around town before my bus was to come. I kindly asked them if I can leave my bags with them and without hesitation they were quite happy to do it!!! I can not wait to stay here again. I LOVED the room I stayed in and I would recommend this place to everyone!! 😃👍

It is not the fanciest motel but the location is ideal and the rates are reasonable. I was happy to see the rooftop pool working after years of it not being available. The only difficult factor is the parking. There are three lots but it can ne hard to find a space and they are all tight.

Very nice, very clean, clean the room every day made the bed swept and mopped the floors. I drove a big truck. They parked it on the other side of the building away from others very nice and resourceful.

I'll be extremely honest, my stay here was not the best. It was probably the worst. Came in to check in around 3PM saying that our room will be ready in 25 minutes, but we waited for over TWO hours. The staff mentioned that they would call us when ready, we waited for the call, but I had to go "INTO THE RECEPTION DESK, MYSELF" to check if my room was ready after waiting. I was patient with them, but they had to make me come. We got into the room, slept okay, we had enough towels, the bedding was fine and wanted to swim in the morning, woke up, then found out that when 9AM, which is when the pool opens is being cleaned, which we had to wait for "ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF" just to swim" and our check out was 11AM, utterly disgraceful, terribly, one of my worst first time stay.

The floor had some sticky spots on it, which was unpleasant. The bathroom ventilation did not work well, so the moisture stayed trapped inside. However, the bed was clean, and the room did not smell like smoke, which was nice.

Pros: front desk was super nice and helpful. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room was well kept and clean. Location was great. Cons: room smelled a bit musty. AC wasn’t on when we arrived so it took 24 hours to really get the room cool and get the humidity out. That part of wildwood is really loud at night and the walls/doors aren’t sealed well (against the air or the noise). Our deadbolt didn’t work. We were in a poolside room and the curtains over the large front window barely covered it for privacy, and they weren’t blackout so lots of light came in day and night.

Not a three star place, barely a two. Tv and WiFi didn’t work and nobody ever came to fix it after we were told they would. Supposed to be non smoking but people were smoking so much that my bathroom was cloudy and smelled like tobacco. Additionally, NJ doesn’t allow smoking marijuana in public but there were other guests constantly smoking blunts outside the pool. All of wildwood was pretty terrible, next time I’ll go to Ocean city where they enforce the rules and everything is clean!

Loved this hotel! It was a perfect distance from the boardwalk and pier! The room was clean with a kitchenette. Room service was available without asking for it :) front desk was friendly. Parking is very limited though. The pool was fun and the terrace has a beautiful view. I’d love to stay here again, it was outlet first trip to wildwoods with my 2 boys and they loved it.
