"Breakfast was excellent "

"The tub and sink drains are not properly cleaned. When we showered and washed our hands the water would rise."

"Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd."

"The room was clean. The beds were taller than expected so it was an issue for my littles and even I had to make an effort to get on the bed. I did not interact much with staff. I didn't check out the restaurant. Biggest complaint or concern is that something may be in the water. Shower felt soapy like I couldn't wash off. I felt sticky after."

"Starting to see this a most RF's. The room curtains need to be cleaned. It's a filter over a air system that sucks in any smoker outside and sends it through the curtains. Room smells like a smoke room. The rooms get cleaned but not the 6 year old curtains."

"Brought our pups who barked 2x when my daughter knocked on the door and someone called about it. But then the person above us was running all over the room sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling till midnight for two nights and up at 7am running and walking hard. Could hear everything. Staff was great. Found a flea in our room as we were checking out and the pull out couch bed had plastic wrap on it and every time my daughter moved it sounded like she was rolling on a trash bag so loud...

"The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card."
