"On street parking was difficult to find, but the underground car park was excellent, though expensive. The staff were lovely and the room perfect. We were concerned that one bed was a sofa bed, but it was actually one of the most comfortable beds of our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"This a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly, particularly the bar staff, Joel and Shidu. The food was also very good and plentiful. We struggled with the A/C in our room, as it sat at 27°C most of the time and we were terribly uncomfortable. We visited during a heatwave, so we understand that this was not normal, but we were surprised that we couldn't lower the temperature at all to help accommodate us more. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I recommend it!"

"Die Kritiken über die Parkmöglichkeiten kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich hatte drei Tage lang direkt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zugewiesen bekommen. Perfekt. Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum ist tatsächlich bei Vollauslastung des Hotels unterdimensioniert. Es fehlen schlichtweg Tische. Der Raum ist für die Größe des Hotels eindeutig zu klein. "Staff were rarely present to help with any issues, and repeatedly passed you into the next person who was never available. I was told to send e-mails, which went unanswered. Staff overall not helpful. I paid for included breakfast, and was no issue the first 3 days, but the fourth day, it was all of a sudden a problem and I was berated into paying for breakfast twice.
