"Worst hotel experience of my life, will never stay there again. I arrived too a front office with a line of 5 people all waiting too talk to a computer with a video chat to a guy at a call center. It took me over 45 minutes to get helped. The front desk was empty for over 15 minutes when the worker finally arrived he refused to help anyone in line. All he did was give people room keys. After finally getting a room key I went to my room where I I found an unmade bed with dirty sheets and an ac unit that had the front panel duct taped on. The duct tape was the least of my worries, it was set to 65 and was pumping out heat. The room was incredibly hot and dirty. I went back to the office to ask for a resolution upon they told me that the maintenance wouldn’t be here until the following day and that they were unable to give me a different room. I then spent 5 minutes insisting that they needed to fix the problem too the call center FaceTime where he put me on hold for 30 minutes too then finally move me too a different room. This room the bed was made but i wouldn’t say it was clean. The ac did work but barely it was on full blast and it wasn’t really blowing. Everything about that experience was completely unacceptable and other guests came to complain about similar issues. One guests had sewer water backing up into there unit. They should be closed condemned and sued."

"This is an older historical hotel with minimal amenities. The rooms are very small , our room floor was a little sloped. The elevator was not working the entire 3 days we were there. The staff was pleasant. They have 2 bars to choose from. The bistro was not open as they were updating it and this made it very inconvenient. The hotel stated they couldn’t notify us of the issues due to 3rd party booking."

"We arrived in the room and found the comforter dusty and an ant problem in the room. Staff was helpful and brought us new sheets. The tv kept dropping it's connection when we tried to use it. It was a reasonable price for the weekend and there was limited availability. I would stay here again if I had to but I would prefer not to."
