"Beautiful historic hotel. Just stayed one night but would stay again. Unique property with old timey touches, like stationary in the room. Staff was very helpful. Brought our luggage up to the room for us and helped load the car when we were ready to leave."

"I loved everything about the property with one exception. While fairly was minor overall it did cause me personally a problem sleeping. I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. For most guests this would probably not matter but any light causes me to not sleep well. "Clean with comfy beds!"

"What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful."

"Walls are paper thin, dated, the front desk wasn’t friendly, just short of rude. It was a zoo, parking was terrible. Never staying there again."

"the valet was good, but expensive. my room was very clean, but the tv’s signal kept going out. they still use cable, so with the fact that the connection kept being lost we couldn’t even use the tv. the beds were comfortable though"

"Variety at breakfast. Super fresh! Everything works; water station, workout room, laundry, pool, fireplace and pit. Rooms are fresh and clean. This was a great stay. BTW, the manager was super nice and took care of us. The furniture in common areas is getting worn. That's the only thing I saw that needs repair."

"The hotel is currently under renovation which we were unaware of when booking. The whole first floor is under construction and empty. The rooms were good. Breakfast was only continental and was only a very small table right outside the elevators which made for a tight space if more than 2 people were there to get food."

"Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!"

"The hotel was easy to access from the highway, close to Riverfront Park. It was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. We were on a road trip and so were there just one night. Would stay again if we are in Little Rock in the future."

"booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan."
