The owner/front desk attendant displayed unprofessional behavior during my stay. Initially, he charged my card twice, and when I brought this to his attention, he shifted blame to Expedia, claiming it was their charge. Despite my persistence in resolving the issue, he proceeded to charge my card again for four nights.
On the third night of my stay, when I attempted to access my room, I was denied entry. The owner informed me that he had assumed I had checked out and subsequently allocated the room to another guest. Shockingly, he failed to issue a refund for the two extra nights.
This experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated, as it appeared to be a clear attempt to scam me
