A friend recommended this place. It was very beautiful and secluded. The resort never felt crowded. There was only one day we couldn’t find a pool chair but everyone was at the pools due to the seagrass build up on the beach. I’d imagine there’s never issues otherwise. The staff was either very friendly and personal, or standoffish and didn’t seem to want to be there. Reception and guest services were the nicest and most helpful people for everything. The ladies at the cafe were great as well especially with how busy it gets there. 3 stars because half the staff seemed annoyed to be there, and my group wasn’t obnoxious or needy but they made it seem like we were bothering them. The pools are only open 9am-6pm. That restriction didn’t sound bad but once there it was a bit of a bummer. Bars don’t open until 10am. The pelican grill was hit or miss if you’d get a friendly staff member and the hours were confusing because they closed at 6pm according to posted signs. But they stayed open later and served pizza which was something we stumbled on the last 2 nights we were there. Entertainment was nice and I appreciated it didn’t go on super late. Food choices were great but you have to make reservations the day you check in otherwise you’ll be SOL. We didn’t get to eat at the pineapple grill or Italian restaurant because of this. Resort is easy to get around and spacious enough. Beach was beautiful. Seagrass was bad but that’s not PBC fault, workers worked hard to clear daily.

Such a beautiful property ❤️ super clean. The beach was my favorite part. You could snorkel for hours right out back of resort. Food was okay. Nothing super good but okay. the coffee shop ran out of oat milk while I was there the whole time so that sucked since that’s all I can drink with my coffee. Made do. I did however get a room with a king bed, which was awesome, but the mattress was a spring mattress that had been well used. I struggled with that and sleeping comfortably. The other couples that were with had great meds. Most of the staff were nice, but there were some that could use a pick me up. All in all, I would go back. 8/10

We had a great stay here. The rooms were updated and clean. We loved the close proximity to everything at the resort. We stayed in the waterfront rooms. Loved the nightly entertainment and daily activities. Most of the staff was really friendly.

The staff and services were wonderful. We had such an awesome time there. The place was beautiful and views were stunning. We have heard that people come back time and time again. I traveled with 6 other friends and we all said we will come back. I can’t wait!

My husband and I went the week of my birthday April 14th 2026. The hotel was clean and well kept I especially loved the beach with its beautiful water and sand. The employees were friendly and polite especially the chef Jo Anne, Sonia the bartender, kelroy the server and colvis the other bartender. We had a wonderful time we surely will be back again.

Pros: Great location. Very easy check in. Snorkeling off the beach very good. Staff almost exclusively very friendly and helpful. Lots to do if you want. Nice beach. Nice pool setup. Grounds interesting and pleasant. Judith in the restaurant an absolute pleasure. Kwon for pool aerobics fantastic. Beds great. Lots of hot water for showers. AC in the beachfront rooms make it sub zero. Easy à la carte reservation process easy. Nightly entertainment. Never a time when food unavailable. Coffee shop really nice-clean. Coffee drinks nice. Courtesy showers a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, arguably the best meal of the three. Monkey bread! Cons are few. Beachfront room 113/115 are adjoining and the 113 is a smaller room and a shared deck which is not great. Grill was out of some things for the entire week we were there. While food taste is very subjective, and most things were good, baked goods were generally without flavor. Desserts hit and miss. More generally. Cab from the airport the easiest and regulated fare. Takes about 30 minutes Walk to Devils Bridge doable and worth while. Expect a little bit of elevation change and the walk itself not particularly scenic. 3 miles rt or so If you want shade anywhere (pool, beach) and it’s generally desirable, have to get there early. Claims are staked to be sure. That said, there are plenty of chairs, just not shaded.

Great location, great staff, great amenities. Our room needed renovation and was missing a lamp (which housekeeping provided). We were in room 113, which unlike every other beachfront room) is a smaller room with a shared deck and an adjoining door. It should cost less that the beachfront room that our friends had. The other issue was variability of the food: buffet was good, speciality restaurants were ok, but the baked goods (bread and pastries) were consistently not well made and lacked any flavor). On the whole (with the above exceptions) we had a great time and really enjoyed Antigua!

Beautiful beach, friendly staff! Nightlife is pretty tame and accommodations are not fancy and stuffy - very relaxing and comfortable.

My sister and I just came back from our 5th consecutive yearly vacation at Pineapple Beach. The staff has always been particularly friendly and helpful and the resort has always been very clean and well-maintained. Each year there have been improvements from the rooms to the food. This year there were new and better beach chairs and towels. A big improvement was that now one can reserve the specialty restaurants any time of day for one's entire stay, which wasn't the case in previous years. The beach was as glorious as ever. We also appreciated a more noticeable security staff around the grounds. We love how relaxed and casual this resort is - no pretense at all. We cannot wait to go back again next year!

We are a group of 9 traveling. It was all of our first time in Antigua. Age range of 29-70. Overall the pineapple has been really nice. It’s a very quiet resort. Definitely more of an older people vibe. Food: there are very few options for dinner. There are only two “formal” dinning options and are usually full. Would suggest trying to make your reservations right when you arrive. The buffet has been decent for dinner, different themes. Breakfast buffet is always the same. Lunch has a few options a snack bar and the buffet and a bbq grill out. The snack bar also offers late night snacks. The water is safe to drink here. Bring a re usable water bottle because they do not give you a water bottle. You can purchase water bottles in the gift shop. Property: very well maintained and clean. If you book an ocean view room, it is quite the walk up to your room. The rooms have been nice and clean. There are a lot of steps. Everything has been clean. There are a lot of birds around the buffet and sometimes actually in the food in the buffet. The pools are very nice and clean and warm. The beach workers have been trying to keep the seaweed cleaned up. No one comes on the beach to sell you things. Garth and Marvin do have an excursion stand, they are not pushy about selling excursions and have been helpful about answering questions. There are plenty of beach chairs and pool chairs. There are two beach towels in your room to start. There are water activities included, you can get snork

We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. Staff was Very friendly and super nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway !! We Loved it so much that we've already booked again for next year !!
