"The bldg needs to be shut down and rewired throughout. The plugs are falling out of the walls. One socket is used for A/C and an extension cord for everything The 1 housekeeper doesn't know how to change her clothes or even match her socks as she talks to herself continously. She makes believe she cleans. Don't make the mistake of walking on the floor barefoot, your feet will be black. Stayed in March to try and save,but looking back, bad idea with rude people. "

"Parking is VERY problematic. There is no on-site parking. Their ‘onsite’ parking is several blocks away in a public garage. You will need to roll your suitcase several city blocks and anytime you go out, be prepared to walk back and forth. Getting back from a function and walking through the city at 1am alone was not something I would have willingly signed up for. I will never stay at this hotel for this reason alone. I can see how this would be a huge issue for older people or people with mobility issues. One night of parking cost me $25 and the next was $38. Definitely false advertising or twisting it at the least. Only redeeming factor is the location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops but not enough for me to recommend this spot to anyone. "

"The hotel is always hopping with people by the pool, lobby and restaurant. It has a great energy level. The food is delicious. Many locals eat here. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. FREE parking. It is my favorite hotel in St Petersburg."

"Highly recommend. Such a gem! Lovely outdoor sitting areas and an incredible veranda. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wonderful bedding and linens. It was hard leaving!!!"

"Very noisy! The fact that you have to pay $40 a night to stay or park on the street somewhere.. that won't tow you. But Noisy and guests were not held to keeping quite.. going on till 4;30AM. Very disapointing to say the least."

"Including this stay my last 3 stay were with Fairfield inn by Marriott in various parts of the country. I keep booking with Marriott because my last 2 stays were excellent. This location not as highly rated by wife and myself. Staff was not as friendly and interior showed much more wear. Could be based on years in business and popularity of area. This stay was also more expensive I'm guessing also based on the area we were in. Traffic in area was tolerable but hectic. Only a couple blocks away looks like a rough area, wife was somewhat nervous. Breakfast was slightly above average, but choices seemed less than our last 2 stays at Fairfield."
