"In the first room they assigned us, the only outlet in the wall close to the bed was broken with exposed wires and there was mold growing on the ac vents. We went to the managers office and he did not have any disinfectant to clean the mold, etc. He said they had not ordered any. He then "upgraded" us to a king room. (we do not like king beds but said that was only available). Changed to the "upgraded" room to find ac vents had less mold, Bugs and dirt on bathroom floor. The toilet paper...

"Experience: The resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There are SO many amenities. I love the multiple pool options, kayaks, arcade, put put, jungle play zone, and so, so much more. You really can't fit everything into a 3-day stay and there is something for everyone. Lodging: We rented what was listed as a townhouse. We did not get a townhouse. We got a very tiny condo. The carpet in the master bedroom and the couch in the living room were gross. So...

"Older resort, brass door keys, deer in view early mornings. Rooms are updated, clean with all the basic amenities including coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave. Pool, BBQ pits, tables and gazebo outside. Only complaint is gravel driveway with some pot holes to drive around."

"The cleanliness here is disappointing. I got covered in insect bites after staying in the room, and the skin irritation hasn't resolved even after several days. It seems like the bed sheets are only changed every few days, or perhaps the hotel facilities are simply too old and poorly maintained."

"You get what you pay for, but for that level of price it was excellent. Rooms clean, staff very friendly, breakfast had no hot items other than a fantastic tasting waffle, fresh fruit and good selection of pastries and breads. Rooms outdated but very clean, nothing broken and perfect location within a few minutes of Fredricksburg Main Street. I’d stay here again anytime."
