Hotel murah di Willow Grove

"The shower I had looked great, but it had mold throughout the shower interior. The bed seemed comfortable however, the sheets didn’t fit for two nights straight. I’ve even asked an employee staff who is a maid who helps put sheets on beds. I told her she looked at me and said OK I’ll put them on and never did extremely poor service."

"Stayed here for a world cup game. Shuttle from/to airport is convenient. Mind aware that it only comes every 30 min. Staff is kind and helpful. Only problem is that the property was going through renovations during our stay, so the lobby area was a bit messy and grab&go store closed."

Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. I booked this hotel for the pool access and the pool was not even open. Not satisfied. Felt i paid too much for what...

"Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."

"Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions."

The clerk at the desk was very nice but the fellow watching over the breakfast was thoroughly annoying, cutting in and taking over the process of my making my waffle.
