"Room dusty and not vacuum thoroughly, mirrors left dirty and not cleaned, even after maid came in to straightened up room. Front Desk staff did not know how to respond to my concerns. My concerns were not responded to, until Manager ( Jason ) came in the next day. There was alot of miscommunication from staff and (I don't know) "

"Motel refused to honor Expedia AARP rate. Wanted cash only. Refused to even speak on the phone with Expedia. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Expedia and other online booking agencies should remove this motel from its list."

"Hotel was great for a one night stay. Bistro breakfast in the lobby was great she was wonderful. The only compliant I had happened before checkout. Checkout is at 12 noon; however, we received 3 knocks at our door after 11 asking if we were ready to checkout even though we had at least another 45 minutes before the checkout time. My recommendation would be if they want people to check out earlier, make the required checkout time earlier. "
