"Prior to arriving, we tried to call the hotel regarding the valet parking available in the garage across the street. We could not get in touch with the hotel after calling multiple times. Due to this, we ended up just paying a normal fee for parking since we couldn't get in touch with anyone about the valet option. The check-in process went quickly and the room was clean. Room is on the smaller side and amenities such as iron and ironing board are not available in the room, they must be requested. For a one night stay it was great and close to our needed location. Check out was smooth as well and staff was friendly at both interactions."

"We usually chose GQ for the quality price ratio. But this stay was much more expensive than the previous ones for the exact same accommodations. Not cool! In addition, two incidents happened: I witnessed a dog reliving himself in one of the elevators. To be frank, I have never seen so many dogs at once in a hotel before. Too many! What are the rules and protocols to ensure cleanliness and sanitation for all? Not to mention safety. And where is the staff to enforce them??? You operate with minimal staff. The second issue has to do with coming back to our room to find out that the cleaning staff had moved our belongings in what felt a bit intrusive. In the bathroom everything had been shoved to one side. My suitcase which had been left open on the suitcase stand was closed causing everything on one side to be tossed around unrestrained. On the desk, everything was moved and zipped up needlessly etc etc…it left the impression that someone had been searching through our belongings."

"Had an amazing stay with my daughter and she loved the heated pool!! Checking in was quick and staff was nice. Amenities were great and we loved dining in at Rope and Anchor downstairs. There was quite a checking out but they were efficient and attentive and we were able to leave without waiting the whole line. Definitely recommend , we had a great experience and will be back !"

"Check in staff was wonderful, and Matthew in particular was a wealth of information when we needed help the second night. And a delight to visit with. However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results. "
