Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the view from the bedroom was stunning. The hotel has a self service laundry which is free and came in handy. The only downsize is the breakfast was fine but overpriced even by uk hotel standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel to jeju visitors.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the buffet at breakfast and dinner is simply outstanding!

The owners Mr 김 and Ms 관 (who runs the spa) are wonderful hosts and made my check-in very easy and my stay was very comfortable mainly because of them. My room view was stunning even though the weather was cloudy and rainy. The bed was very comfortable. The room has a bit of wear and tear (especially the bathroom ventilation) but the facilities work perfectly fine. The breakfast was simple (toast, eggs & bacon) but incredibly filling. My wife and I had an amazing stay at this property. Manager Jay and his team were excellent and he helped us with translations into Korean of the places of interest to make travelling around the island as easy as possible. The free breakfast and the packed lunch was so kind and very much appreciated as well as the delicious hallabongs he gave us. The rooms were clean and spacious and amazing value.
